All collections are still made by hand, the result of two generations who have been able to respect and leave in inheritance the most ancient traditions, particularly focusing on new trends.
The original preparation procedures for the canvases, which follow the ancient instructions of past masters, confer the works a kind of ageing similar to the one caused by time that has naturally passed.
Cracks on the canvas, once exclusive of ancient paintings, are now recreated by expert hands, donating oil paintings an antique, unique flavour and turning them into fascinating protagonists of the surrounding context.
Barj Buzzoni boasts a wide collection of oil works, “CLASSIC COLLECTION”, all hand painted by Italian artists, inspired on the best painting schools, from the 16th century to Impressionist and the early 20th century.
The work method that uses research as a central element and the strong will to offer new styles have made it possible to evolve the range of historical collections. The result is the creation of lines with a contemporary soul and eclectic style, the “MODERN COLLECTION”.
Among these, “Living the art” is the most appreciated expression in modern decoration.
The collection was born out of the cooperation of Barj Buzzoni and renowned contemporary artists, who have used matter to create free artistic shapes of refined beauty, not only paintings, not only sculptures: an exciting creation.
The elegance and sophistication of a work signed Barj Buzzoni are the result of a well-researched alchemy; the proper colour and style matching with the frame.
The vast range of wooden frames, consisting of unique pieces of rare beauty and of precious carvings made by master carpenters, adds lustre and uniqueness to the paintings they frame. Gold foiling is obtained mainly by the method of water gilding, qualitatively and aesthetically similar to pure gold, and is fully made by hand.
Each work is accompanied by an authenticity certificate that guarantees that it has been made by hand and warrants its origin and its Italian artisanship.
The certification, issued by the Institute for the Protection of Italian Producers, attests that each Barj Buzzoni work has been entirely made in Italy. The certificate is a guarantee for customers and protects against imitation attempts.
